1. Become a Customer
How do I become a customer?
There are 2 ways to become a customer;
- Via the Website
The fastest way to become a customer is by filling in your details on the page

- Via the “New Customer” form
You can also become a customer by downloading the “New Customer” form on this page:

After filling in this form you email it to info.agro@normecgroup.com
When we receive your data, we will register you as a customer.
You will receive a confirmation by email when we have successfully created your customer profile

2. Sample Taking
How do I take a sample myself?
You can take and pack your sample yourself.
You must follow specific guidelines for this.

Can Normec Groen Agro Control take the sample for me?
In The Netherlands we can take the sample for you.
To do this, go to the page where you register your sample:
https://agrocontrol.nl/en/sending-samples/sample-pick-up-service/
At the bottom of this form you can indicate that you want Sampling to be done by Normec Groen Agro Control (“Sampling by Normec Groen Agro Control”). If you check that box we will take the sample for you.
Note: “Take Sample” and “Collect Sample” are 2 different activities. This is regularly mixed up.

How much sample material is needed?
How much sample material you have to send depends on the product and the type of analysis that you want to have performed.

3. Sample Pick Up Service
Can my sample be picked up?
We can pick up your sample in The Netherlands and a number of selected other countries. You must register your sample with us for this.
You can register your sample via the following page:
https://agrocontrol.nl/en/sending-samples/sample-pick-up-service/
On this form you can indicate on which date and at what time your sample will be ready. You will always receive a response from us when the sample will be picked up.
You can also register your sample by phone and email. You can do this via +31-15–2572511 and via the email address monsterophalen.agro@normecgroup.com.
Please always do this stating your customer number (if known). Preferably use an Excel file or else an order form.
Note: “Take Sample” and “Pick Up Sample” are 2 different activities. This is regularly mixed up.
What do I pay for the pick-up service?
In The Netherlands we mostly pick up samples for free. In specific cases we ask for a small expense allowance.

4. Send a Sample
How do I send a sample?
The Right Packaging Material
When sending or delivering samples, it is important that you use the correct packaging material. Sturdy leak-proof packaging is required to send samples by post.
Do you regularly send samples to Groen Agro Control? For regular customers who send in samples more often, we make sample bottles and bags available.
Clear Fill in Label and Order Form
Fill in clearly which analysis you want on the order form or label. A good description of the sample and the desired analysis helps us to work efficiently.
Filling in the order forms clearly reduces the risk of miscommunications and increases the speed with which we can be of service to you. Therefore, make sure that your samples are always accompanied by an order form.
Please also add a contact person with email address and telephone number on the order form. If something is not clear, we can contact you.
You can always contact us for help filling out the form.
Always keep a completed order form in your sample packaging.
Additional requirements
For a number of analyses, additional requirements are imposed on the sample sizes and packaging of the sample.

5. Report
When will my report be ready?
We will send you a report immediately when the analyzes are ready.
Each analysis has its own lead time.
Residue (Non-urgent)
– Fresh produce: 2-3 working days
– (Ornamental) Crops: 5-6 working days
– Water: 5-6 working days
Nutrients / Fertilizers / Main and Trace Elements (Non-urgent)
– Water: 2 working days
– Crop: 6 working days
Diagnostics / disease
Up to 10 working days. Plating can often take several days.
You will receive your report in PDF format at the email address you specified when you registered.
Who will receive my report?
When you register, you indicate to which email addresses your reports will be sent.
Do you want to change the email addresses to which your reports are sent?
You can send an email to info.agro@normecgroup.com. We will then ensure that this e-mail address is changed.
How can I view my report online?
You can view your reports online via our Data Portal, ResiduWeb and Fertiweb kunt u uw rapporten online inzien.

We send invoices weekly. You will receive an invoice for the reports sent the week before.
